Surcharges are applicable on all Stat; Days. |

Yes, fees are GST inclusive. |
| Are fees charged on a daily basis? |
Yes, Fees are on per day basis from day of checking in to day of checking out. Payment due on arrival for all days booked. |
| Are visitors welcome? |
Yes, visitors are warmly welcomed. All we ask is that a time is arranged that is convenient for you and us. |
| How old must a border be? |
A boarder must be at 6 months old and fully vaccinated. |
| Are dog boarders allowed to be brought in just before closing? |
Baldrock Boarding does not accept first time dog boarders after 4pm. As your pet needs time to settle before main feeds and bedtime we prefer first time boarders earlier. Cats and regular boarders are accepted before 5pm. |
| Are there any discounts or special offers for prolonged bookings? |
No, our prices are set as low as possible on a daily rate |
| May I provide my pets' food and are there are reductions in the fees? |
We can and will feed special diets provided by you, but there is no reduction in boarding fees. |
| Will you give medication to my pet that I supply? |
Yes, but Baldrock Boarding does not accept pets that are in seriously ill heath or have a contagious disease or condition. Please advise us over the phone of any medical condition before you arrive. |
| Delivery & Collection? |
During off peak times, Baldrock Kennels maybe able to offer a collection/ delivery service for an additional charge - please feel free to phone to discuss your requirements. |
| Can I bring in my pets toys and blankets? |
Yes. Baldrock Boarding would like your pet to feel as if they are at a home away from home so please feel free to bring in their toys and blankets. Baldrock Boarding does not take responsibility for these items and please no bean bags or toys that can cause choking. |
| Will my pet play with other pets? |
All dogs can be exercised individually or in small groups if you prefer. |
| Will my pet get lonely or bored? |
Baldrock Boarding was design to provide companionship and interaction between boarders. Our purpose here is to give your pet a happy home with plenty of love and human time (hugs and kisses too, if required!). |
| Will you accept my bitch when in season? |
No, unfortunately we have no separate facility for her. |
| Will you accept my un-neutered cat? |
No, Baldrock Boarding only accepts neutered cats for the comfort and hygiene of other boarders. |
| Is my pet bathed before collection? |
Not normally, all borders are housed in a clean environment at all times. Boarders check out in the same condition as they arrived and sometimes better. |
| What payment methods are available? |
Payment can be made by cash or cheque. Baldrock Boarding does not have Eftpos or credit card facilities. |
